Now is the time to tell everyone how your destination has prepared for a post-COVID return to sport events! We’re now booking slots for our Member Spotlights, with availabilities starting in March 2022.
Create more visibility for your destination/organization through the Member Spotlight segment on our website. This opportunity is available exclusively to STC destination members and is a great way to promote your location, facilities and unique features to potential sport rights holders.
Here’s what you need to do to get started:
- Email bmacdonald@sporttourismcanada.com to indicate your interest and get on the rotation schedule.
- Prepare a 500-800 word profile of your destination – include previous sport events hosted and special items of interest.
- Find some really great photos (or videos) showing off your facilities, scenery and previous events.
Then you’ll get slotted into the schedule, and a deadline to receive your material will be established. If you have a preferred month for your Member Spotlight to be posted, we will try to accommodate that for you.
Material may be submitted in either French or English and STC can assist you with translation. Provide high resolution photographs and links to videos to show off your destination at its best.
