In an effort to streamline all of the loose ends that we are all dealing with in relation to the cancellation of Sport Events Congress 2020 in Edmonton, our hotel partners have offered to automatically cancel hotel bookings that were made by individuals under our group block at both the Westin Edmonton Hotel and the Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton Downtown.
Therefore, your hotel reservation at these properties will be cancelled as of noon (ET) on Monday, March 16th unless you contact us to request otherwise. If you still need your hotel room in Edmonton and do not want to have your reservation cancelled, please email Heather at hharcott@canadiansporttourism.com to request that your reservation be kept in tact.
If we do not hear from you, the entire SEC20 group block at both hotels will be released on Monday afternoon.
