The Province of Ontario and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport (MTCS) – Games Unit is in the process of accepting bid applications from interested communities across Ontario to host the 2020 Ontario Summer Games and the 2020 Ontario 55+ Summer Games. Those interested in hosting are required to submit a letter of intent by April 14, 2017.

The Games offers participants, volunteers and spectators an opportunity to experience the excitement of multi-sport Games, while leaving behind an important legacy of community pride and sport tourism development.

The Ontario Summer Games are Canada’s largest provincial multi-sport event and provide our top young athletes with development and competitive opportunities that prepare them for national and international competition.

The Ontario 55+ Summer Games are a celebration of Active Living for individuals in Ontario 55 years of age or older.
